2024년 2월 졸업자(2023학년도 전기 졸업자) 대상 학위복 대여 행사를 아래와 같이 실시합니다.

2023학년도 전기 학위복 대여 계획을 알려드리오니, 대상자들께서는 해당 공지를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 대여 대상
  가.＇23학년도 전기 학위 취득자(＇24.2월 졸업자)  ※ 수료자 및 이전 학기 졸업자 대여 불가
  나.＇22학년도 후기 학위 취득자(＇23.8월 졸업자) 

        중 코로나19로 인하여 당시 행사 참여가 불가능함을 증명 가능한 인원(자가격리 통지서 등 관련 증빙 지참 필요)

  ※ 행사기간내 법정감영병(코로나19 등) 관련 자가격리 통보 대상자의 경우 

  관련 증빙 제출 시 차후 학위복 대여 행사(＇24.2월 예정) 가능 인원으로 이월하여 대여 진행

2. 대여장소 및 대여일정
  가. 대여장소: 제1캠퍼스 행정관 2층 다목적홀

  나. 대여일정 : ＇24.2.21.(수) ~ ＇24.2.26.(월)

   ▶대여자 편의를 위하여 주말 2.24(토)(10:30 ~ 16:00) 대여장을 운영하나 ※2.25(일)은 운영하지 않음

3. 유의사항
  가. 대여기간(2.21(수) ~ 2.26(월)) 중 1회만 대여 가능합니다.

   - 대여기간 동안 사용 후 대여 종료일까지 반납 / 단, 반납 후 재대여 불가

      ex) 2.21(수)에 학위복을 대여한 경우 2.27(월) 16:00까지만 반납하면 됨

  나. 대여장에는 졸업생 본인(대리인 1명)만 대여장 입장 가능 합니다.

   ※ 대리인을 통한 학위복 대여· 반납 가능하며, 대리인은 대여 시 

    대여 대상자의 카드학생증 or 졸업증명서 등 소속 학과 · 전공을 확인할 수 있는 증명을 지참하여 방문 바랍니다.

    (대리인 대여 시 모바일 학생증 캡처본 및 주민등록증 등(학과·전공 확인)이 불가능한 신분증은 인정 불가)       

  다. 분실 등의 우려로 학위복 반납 시 택배를 통한 반납은 불가합니다.

  라. 학위복 반납 기간 미준수 시(2.27(화) 이후 / 캘린더데이 기준) 반납지연금 5,000원/일 부과되며 학위복 분실 시 

       대여자가 전액 변상하여야 합니다.

      ※ ＇24.1학기 준비 관련 해당 장소 정리 예정으로 반드시 2.26(월) 내에 반납하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

         → 2.27(화) 이후 반납시 반납지연금 1일당 5천원(캘린더데이 기준) 부과

  마. 학위수여식 행사 당일 [2.23(금)]만 17:00까지 교내 주차장을 무료로 개방합니다.

We will be conducting the academic gown rental event for February 2024 graduates as follows.

★ The Graduation Ceremony : 2024. 2. 23(Fri) 15:00

1. Rent to : February 2024(Pre 2023 Academic Year) Degree Recipients

2. Rent Place and Period

  a. Place : the Multipurpose hall on the 2nd floor, Administration Building of the 1st Campus

  b. Period : 2024. 2. 21.(Wed) ~ 2024. 2. 26.(Mon)

   ★ GSIS＇s gown hood color is navy blue.

  a. Can only be rented once during the rental period(2.21 ~ 2.26)

    - Use it during the rental period and return it by the end of the rental period / however, it cannot be re-rented after returning it.

    ex) If you rented a degree gown on 2.21(Wed), you only need to return it by 16:00 on 2. 27(Mon)

  b. Only the graduate(and one representative) can enter the rental area.

     * When borrowing and returning a gown through a proxy, the proxy must bring proof of the borrower＇s department and major, such as the borrower＇s card or graduation cerificate.

     (When borrowing through a proxy, IDs that cannot be verified(department/major) such as mobile student ID capture and resident ID cards are not recognized)

  c. Due to the possibility of loss, we do not accept returns of academic uniforms via courier service.

  d. If you do not comply with the return period(after 2.27/calendar day), a return fee of 5,000won/day will be charged, and if the gown is lost, the borrower must reimburse the full amount. 

     * Please be sure to return the items by 2.26(Mon)

      -> If returned after 2.27(Tue), 5,000 won(calendar day) per day will be charged for each day of return.

   e. On the day of the degree conferral ceremony(2.23 fri), the campus parking lot will be open for free until 17:00.
