4. 졸업생 협조사항 및 학위수여 순서
가. 졸업생은 학위복을 착용하고 행사 30분전까지 행사장에 입장 완료합니다.
나. 졸업생은 소속 대학원별 지정좌석에 착석합니다.
다. 학위수여 순서(박사, 석사 순)에 따라 단상으로 올라갑니다. ※ 대학원 통합 학위수여식 운영 ※
석사 졸업생은 질서정연하게 일어서서 우측계단으로 올라갑니다.
단상에 올라가기 전에 단상위 진행자에게 호명표를 제출해야 합니다(호명표에 본인 성명 기재).
라. 졸업생은 총장 앞으로 나아가 학위기를 수여받은 후 인사하고, 단상 좌측계단을 이용하여
다시 제자리로 돌아가 착석합니다.
마. 석사 졸업생에게는 학위기 케이스만 수여하며, 각 학과 사무실에서 학위증을 개별적으로 수령합니다.
※ 행사 시작 후에는 행사장 출입이 제한될 예정이며, 질서 있는 참석을 부탁드립니다. (행사 예상시간 15:00~16:30)

*국제관계학과 후드색상은 남색(군청색)입니다.

4. Steps for Graduates
a. Graduates will wear the degree gown and arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
b. Graduates will take their seats in designated sections according to theirr gradate schools.
c. Following the order of degree conferral(Ph.D. -> Master＇s), graduates will ascend the stage.
Master＇s degree graduates will stand up orderly and walk up the right staircase.
Before stepping onto the stage, graduates should submit their name cards to the stage presenter(with their names written on the name cards).
d. Graduates will approach the president at the front of the stage, receive their degree certificates, greets, and then use the left staircase to return to their original positions and take their seats.
e. Master＇s degree graduates will receive only the degree case on stage, and they will individually get their degree certificates from their major department offices.
※ Once the event begins, access to the venue will be restricted, and we kindly request orderly attendance. Event expected to take place from 15:00 to 16:30.
