2023년 8월 졸업자(2022학년도 후기 졸업자) 대상 학위복 대여 행사를 아래와 같이 실시합니다.

1. 대여 대상 : 2023년 8월(2022학년도 후기) 학위 취득자 및 22학년도 전기 학위취득자 중 코로나19 관련 이월 인원
    ※ 2022학년도 전기 학위 취득자 중 코로나 19 관련 자가격리 등으로 행사 참여가 불가능했던 인원의 경우 관련 증명서류 제시 시 대여 가능 인원으로 편성

2. 대여 일정 : 2023. 8. 23.(수) ~ 8. 28.(월) / 10:30 ~ 16:00 [단, 8.23.(수) 13:00부터 운영]
  가. 대여자 편의를 위하여 2023. 8. 26.(토) 10:30 ~ 16:00 [단, 8. 27.(일) 미운영]
  나. 학위수여식 행사 당일은 9:00부터 행사장 운영
   ★ 국제관계학과 학위복 후드 색은 남색입니다.

3. 행사 장소
  가. 대여장소 : 제1캠퍼스 행정관 2층 다목적홀
  나. 학위(학사, 석사, 박사)별 3개로 구분하여 부스 운영 예정

4. 기타사항
  가. 2023. 8. 25. ＇22학년도 후기 학위수여식 당일 [주차장 전면 무료 개방]
    → 무료 개방(2023. 8. 25.) 지정일 이외 대여일자에는 주차권 배부 없음
  나. 대여시 졸업(예정)생 본인만 대여장 입장 가능하며, 신분 확인 후 대여
     ※ 대여시 대리인 대여는 불가하며, 반납은 대리인 반납 가능(택배 반납 불가)
  다. 반납 기간내 미 반납시 반납 지연금 1일당(캘린더데이 기준) 5,000원 부과
    → 장기 미반납 인원은 유관 부서와 협의하여 제증명 발급 제한 등의 제재 조치 진행 추진
  라. 학위복 분실시 품목별 금액을 기준으로 대여자 변상 조치

※ 우리 대학은 18년 후기 학위수여식(2019. 8월)부터 졸업생의 학위복 대여 편의를 위해 예치금 및 사용료를

   폐지하였습니다. 숙명인의 자긍심과 편익이 후배들에게 이어질 수 있도록 학위복 반납에 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

We will be conducting the academic gown rental event for August 2023 graduates as follows.

★ The Graduation Ceremony : 2023. 8. 25(Fri) 15:00 => Click here

1. Rent to : August 2023(Post 2022 Academic Year) Degree Recipients

2. Rent Period : 2023. 8. 23(Wed) ~ 8. 28(Mon) / 10:30 ~ 16:00 [On 8.23(Wed), operations will begin at 13:00.]

  a. We are also open on Saturdays(10:30 ~ 16:00) for borrower convenience. [Closed on Sundays]

  b. On the day of the ceremony, the venue will be open starting at 9:00 am.
   ★ GSIS＇s gown hood color is navy blue.

3. Place
  a. Place to rent : the Multipurpose hall on the 2nd floor, Administration Building of the 1st Campus
  b. We will have three separate booths for each degree(bachelor＇s, master＇s, and Ph.D.)

4. Notes
  a. On August 25, the day of the degree conferral ceremony, the entire parking lot will be open for free.
      * No parking tickets distributed on days other than designated day(8/25).
  b. Only graduateds are allowed to enter the rental area and can borrow after verifying their identity.
     ※ Proxy rentals are not allowed during the borrowing process, but proxy returns are permitted.(Returns by delivery are not available.)
  c. If not returned within the designated period, a late return fee of 5,000 KRWper day(based on calendar days) will be imposed.
    → Long-term non-returns will result in disciplinary actions, such as restrictions on issuing certificate, in consultation with relevant departements.
  d. In case of loss of academic gown, the lessee will be held responsible based on the itemized cost for each item.

   e. Individuals who are unable to attend the event due to reasons such as being designated for self-quarantine related to COVID-19 or other relevant reasons can submit supporting documnets, and then they will be eligible to rent the gown when the event takes place in February 2024.

※ Starting form the 2019 August graduation ceremony for the second half of 2018, our university has abolished the deposit and usage fees for graduates＇ academic gown rental, aiming to enhance convenience for our students. We kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the academic gowns, as this fosters a sense of pride and benefits for future students at Sookmyung.
